YOUTH SUPPORT

ONE-TO-ONE SUPPORT

MENTORING

GOAL SETTING

CAPACITY BUILDING

As a parent, I'm invested in seeing the next generation thrive. In my youth work, that means helping young people build confidence, independence and practical life skills.

Every person is different, and every relationship develops differently.

I don't walk in with a formula. I build trust first, understand how someone thinks and adapt my approach to the individual rather than expecting them to fit mine.

Progress looks different for everyone.

APPROACH

APPROACH

Every young person brings a different set of experiences, strengths and challenges, so there isn't a single approach that works for everyone.

I spend time building trust first. From there, support becomes practical, whether that's developing confidence, working towards employment, navigating everyday life or simply creating consistency during a difficult period.

The goal isn't to have all the answers. It's to help young people recognise what they're capable of and give them the support to move towards it.
