Create environments where people feel supported, challenged and capable of growing.
I've always been drawn to communities built around shared purpose.
Whether it's in music, football, youth programs or other community initiatives, I naturally find myself helping people organise ideas, solve problems and create environments where others want to be involved.
The work looks different each time, but the objective is usually the same: contribute something useful and leave the place stronger than I found it.
